DESCRIPTION:The Bridge to Hope is a transitional housing ministry for homeless and or abused moms and their children.  The family is sponsored by our church and the wrap around team walks with the mom through this journey of new life. \nThis includes team activities and lunches\, rides to church\, grocery shopping\, laundry mat\, and appointments.  At the end of the 1-2yr program the mom has graduated with a career\, is a Christ follower\, equipped in parenting\, and financially stable to go off on her own. \nJoin the interest meeting after 3rd service in the Growth Track room (Bridge Kidz building through the back office doors by the storage shed\, first door on the right).  Register Here.
