The Bridge to Hope Needs YOUR help!

Are you a fan of Fixer Upper? So many of us would love to be Joanna Gaines trying our skills at taking a space that needs a little TLC and turning it into a beautiful HOME for a special family. Currently The Bridge to Hope has an apartment which needs a little TLC to create a HOME for the next B2H family to be sponsored by First Southern Baptist Church of Scottsdale.

If you have watched Fixer Upper you have witnessed the love and care Joanna puts into making a house into a welcoming, relaxing space. She helps with the hard work of renovating and then pours her heart into special touches which make the space a HOME.

This is what we strive to do when we create a HOME for a Bridge family. Prior to entering The Bridge to Hope, our families are homeless. Often, they are coming from a shelter, sleeping on a couch of a “friend” or even sleeping in the park.

It is a special experience preparing a HOME for a homeless mother and her children. It is an opportunity to pour so much into that space, cleaning, organization, decorating, filling it also with special touches such as encouraging bible verses and praying for the family who will call this space HOME.

We need you to help us create a HOME for our FSBCS’s next B2H family. You do not need to be a member of First Southern Baptist Church of Scottsdale to help! Will you please consider joining us in this venture? Bring your favorite cleaning supply! Donate needed items! List of needs can be found at: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0c4cafa72ba0fd0-preparing1
We welcome you to “share” this opportunity and the items needed to fill the home!
